Venice Film Festival 2017
So last week was Venice Film Festival 2017 and we all know I love a red carpet event. I just love being nosey and eying up who is wearing what and how well they pulled it off. My favourite looks from last week are....
Left to right: Rebecca Hall wearing Armani Prive, Kate Bosworth in Miu Miu and Ranata Kuertan wearing Alberta Ferretti

Amsterdam: Adventure List
So the reason I didn't post over the weekend was because I was away in Amsterdam for my boyfriend's (feels weird saying Fiancee) birthday. Such an incredible city with a fun vibe! I visited Amsterdam about 7 years ago with a group of girls but it was more a wine/clubbing adventure for us so not a lot of sight seeing was done. So nice to go back and explore the city properly. As always I've made a little things of recommendations to help you all with future visits...
Things to do & sights to see:
- canal boat tour
- Anne Frank House
- Royal Palace of Amsterdam
- Rembrandt Square
- Dam Square
-St Nicholas Church
-Rijksmuseaum
- walk down red light district
- Look Out Tower Swing
- Hire bikes to cycle around the city & Vondel Park
Food & Drinks
Okay so an absolute must must must try pancake from The Happy Piggy Pancake shop. So yummy!! I loved a cafe called Lost in Amsterdam, the longest milkshake and cocktail menu I have seen and all taste so delicious! Dinner recommendations I'd defiantly say La Perla for a home made stone baked oven pizza. Head to the W hotel to their rooftop bar and restaurant Mr Porter. Juicy steaks and delicious cocktails with a sunset view to die for! The Hilton Sky Lounge bar next to Central Station also has great drinks and amazing views of the city
Tips & Tricks
- Stay at a hotel in canal ring area then you are close to everything
- You can get a train direct from Schipnol airport to the central station in Amsterdam for 5 euro rather than paying out 25-30euro for a taxi
- From Central Station you can get a free ferry across to the Eye & Look Out Tower

Fashion Stylist Graduate
So guess who graduated styling school.....ME!!! Sorry for the lack of updates and posts but as you can imagine it's all been a bit go go go. But it is official I now have a diploma in Fashion Styling thanks to The London School of Styling. I had such a great time on this course and met some fabulous people. I was extremely lucky to work with so many talented people in the industry from photographers to make up artist to creative directors. It really was such a fun experience and I'm so excited to see where I can go from here.

Personal Styling Shoot
So yesterday I was back on shoot again, this time the concept was personal styling make over shoot. We were told to bring someone we knew and style them for two different looks for different occasions. I chose a wedding look & an office meeting look, two completely different looks so hoping this would show variety in my portfolio. I asked my lovely friend Chloe to be my model, the girl is so photogenic and just looks great in everything, perfect! Our shoot location was at the Simulacra studios in Brixton with the incredible Holly Broomhall as shoot photographer. Each model had a before picture taken then was whisked off for a pamper session in hair and makeup. The glam squad were amazing!
So the first look is an office look. I didn't want to go for the typical black suit or black dress. I opted for some tailored culottes and a frill blouse. Teamed with a simple gold necklace and pointed stilettos.

Look number 2 was for a wedding, I was so excited for this one as I am currently planning my own wedding so fitted in quite well. I literally fell in love with this dress! The material was just perfect, the style and cut was just ahhhhh. Everything about this dress I just loved! I accessorised with simple yet elegant jewellery.

So Chloe and I got a bit carried away and found it difficult to find a fav look so we decided to play dress up and take some pics on our phones out in the garden. This little blue crotchet number is from Boohoo, fab little bargain! I want one for me
